Mana Shetty (born Monisha Kadri) is the creative director of R House Furnishing Solutions Pvt. Ltd.,[1] director of S2 Realty Developers Pvt. Ltd., and wife of Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty. She also runs Save The Children India,[2] an NGO set up by her late mother Vipula Kadri, in 1988.[3] Mana has carved a niche for herself and established her own identity not only in the realms of interiors and real estate, but also as a social activist.
Career
Shetty is the trustee of Save The Children India[4] and one of her resource mobilization efforts is a fundraising exhibition named Araaish, which started in 2007.[5] The funds collected aid the Save the Children India for the benefit of adolescent girls and young women. In January 2013, she opened a home décor store in Worli, Mumbai.
Personal life
Mana is of part Punjabi Kapoor descent and of part Muslim descent.[6][7] Mana and Suniel Shetty have been married since 1991 and have two kids, Athiya (born 5 November 1992)[8] and Ahan (born 15 January 1996).[9]
