Man-Ching Donald Yu
Yu Man Ching (Chinese: 余文正) is a Hong Kong composer.[1]
Life and career
As a prolific composer, Yu has composed more than hundreds compositional oeuvre ranges from chamber, vocal, electroacoustic, and Chinese instrumental works to opera, concerti, choral works, and symphonies. Most of the works have been featuring at various events and venues throughout the North and South America, Europe, and Asia [2] including the International Review of Composers, the International Festival of Modern Art: Two Days and Two Nights of New Music, and the Expo Milano 2015, etc. His music has been performed by the Uzhgorod Philharmonic with chorus, the Opera Hong Kong Chorus, Icarius Ensemble,[3] and many others. His music has been published by Edizioni Sconfinarte in Italy and Albany Records.[4] etc.
