Malonty is a village and municipality (obec) in Český Krumlov District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 61.28 square kilometres (23.66 sq mi), and has a population of 1,240 (as at 28 August 2006).

Malonty lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-east of Český Krumlov, 34 km (21 mi) south of České Budějovice, and 157 km (98 mi) south of Prague.
