Mallika Dua

Mallika Dua is an Indian actor and comic, who is known for posts on Instagram and Snapchat. She was a copywriter before being an actor full-time. She is the daughter of well-known Indian journalist Vinod Dua.[1]

Early life

Mallika was schooled at the Modern School, Barakhamba Road. Mallika is half-Derawali Punjabi and half-Tamil Brahmin but her inspiration for her short videos on social media are from Delhi and its Punjabis. Mallika is also a theatre major from Franklin and Marshall College in the US. Her advertising career started as a trainee at McCain Erickson and later at Contract Advertising.She hails from Delhi[2]

Career

From August 2010, she moved to Mumbai formally to be a full-time entertainer. She’s launching her own YouTube channel.She has also been with AIB in the past recent years. She has been signed on by Only Much Louder, a new media content creator.[2] Mallika was seen on the Bindass web series The Trip. , and recently seen in the movie "Hindi Medium"[3]
