Malikayya Venkayya Guttedar

Malikayya Venkayya Guttedar is a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, representing the town of Afzalpur in the district of Gulbarga. He is a member of the Indian National Congress party.[1]

On 24 April 2017, a racing car driven by Guttedar's son went airborne, flipped over three times and crashed on a racing track near Virajpet with a passenger inside.[2] Both racers were safe.
