Mahmudabad (Persian: محموداباد, also Romanized as Maḩmūdābād; also known as Makhmudabad)[1] is a village in Khararud Rural District, in the Central District of Khodabandeh County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 2,486, in 558 families.[2]
