Magomed Magomedvich Kurbanaliev (Russian: Магомед Магомедович Курбаналиев; born 6 August 1992) is an Avar Dagestani born-Russian freestyle wrestler. World freestyle wrestling champion 2016 in 70 kg.[1]He competes in the 66 kg division and won the gold medal in the same division at the 2013 Summer Universiade defeating David Safaryan of Armenia.[2] Bronze medalist World freestyle wrestling championships 2013 in Budapest. At the Golden Grand Prix Ivan Yarygin 2016 in final match he did not wrestle with Israil Kasumov, because had injury knee. Won Golen gran-prix Baku 2016 again in the freestyle 70 kg.[3]
