Magomed Hozhakhmedovich Daudov Chechen: Дауди Хожахьмадан Мохьмад, also known as "Lord", date of birth - 26 February 1980, Shpakovskoe village, Stavropolskiy Region, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union — is a military and political figure of the Chechen Republic. The First Deputy Chairman of the Chechen Republic government on power block (2010—2012), Manager of administration of the Head and the Government of the Chechen Republic (2011—2015), the Chairman of the Parliament of the III (2015—2016) and the IV convention (since 2016).

In the First Chechen War he participated in fighting actions against federal troops, at the beginning of the Second Chechen War came to the side of Russian government. He worked in Security service of А. А. Kadyrov (2002—2004), commanded a troop, then a police force battalion of a special purpose of MIA across Chechen Republic of Shalinsky District Department of Internal Affairs (2004—2005), he was Chief of Staff of republican OMON (2006 — 2007) and Chief of Shalinsky District Department of Internal Affairs (2007 — 2010).

According to a number of journalists, he is the second person in the Chechen Republic on influence after the Head of the Chechen Republic R.A. Kadyrov, he enters his inner circle and often carries out "special orders" of the Head of the Chechen Republic. Official media carry to his achievements the activity directed to strengthening of the Russian statehood and the significant contribution in fight against terrorism. In oppositional media he appears in some scandal events, connected with intimidations of inhabitants of the Chechen Republic, and R.A. Kadyrov's critics.

He is a police colonel, member of Presidium of regional political council of the party"United Russia". He has a set of reawards among which there are two Orders of Courage (2005, 2006), the most significant award of the Chechen Republic - Order of Kadyrov (2006), a rank "Honorary citizen of the Chechen Republic" (2007); an Order for courage and heroism in the line of duty, he is awarded the rank "The Hero of the Russian Federation" (2007).

Early years

Parents

He was born on 26 February 1980 in the village Shpakovskoe, Stavropolsky Region (nowadays - town Mikhaylovsk) in the Chechen family. His father is Hozhakhmed Abdulvakhabovich Daudov (1957 — 2013), mother - Makka Uvaysovna Daudova (1959 — 2009). The native settlement of Hozhakhmed Daudov was the village Geldagan (Kurchaloyevsky district, Chechen Republic), but during Magomed Daudov's birth the family temporarily lived in Stavropol Territory in Shpakovskoe. Magomed was the first child in the family, later the son — Sheykhmagomed (1981) and the daughter — Milana (1985) were born[1]

In 2010 in Geldagan, was constructed the mosque named after Makka Daudova, construction was finished in October, 2011. On the ceremonial opening of the mosque there were gathered a great number of villagers, have arrived the main officials of the Chechen Republic, the audience was welcomed by the Head Republic - R. A. Kadyrov, who noted merits of M.H. Daudov and his mother: "Many don't know such fact, but in this village I spent many days and nights. Those days we fought against Wahhabism, terrorism. Namely those days I got aquainted with Magomed Daudov and his mother. Makka became mother for many of us. She helped us in any possible way, encouraged us. She understood that we had a difficult work, but said that she was ready to let her son serve the people. Magomed became our colleague and loyal friend. He showed courage and valor for many times". Also Makka Daudova was rewarded with the Medal "Nenan Sy — Maternal Honor".

Education

In 1997 he left the secondary school № 1 in the village Geldagan. The class teacher H.M. Abdurzakova recollects: "Magomed was intellectually inquisitive and gifted for his years boy. Despite of younng age, he was very persistent and dedicated. In 1997 — 1999 he studied in Gudermes pedagogical training school."

Participation in the military conflict

At the beginning of the First Chechen War M.H. Daudov was 14 years old. During aggravation of fighting he, as many other young Chechens, was involved in armed conflicts with Russian troops. In the interview of 2010 M.H. Daudov stated his point of view about the reasons, forcing the Chechen young people to participate in the war, and one of them he called "tough cleaning of federal troops" — the Russian military saw the potential enemy in any young local resident. Some sources report that till 2002 he was in ranks of illegal armed formations, others — that in 2000 he came to armed forces of the Russian Federation and served there till 2002.

According to official data, M.H. Daudov at the beginning of the Second Chechen War sided the forces, supporting the federal government, leading by A. A. Kadyrov. Daudov recollects "when Akhmad-Hadji announced the amnesty, I hid at my aunt. There was no blood on me and I came out of the wood at once, as well as thousands of guys". After conversation with R.A. Kadyrov I was amnestied. During one of speeches R.A. Kadyrov talked about M.H. Daudov as a positive example of the improved fighter. In 2002 — 2004 M.H. Daudov served as commander of a platoon in Security service of A. A. Kadyrov, which was headed by R.A. Kadyrov those days.

Service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Fight against terrorism

Since June, 2004 Magomed Daudov began to serve as commander of the troop regiment № 2 of a special purpose named after Akhmat Kadyrov security guard and patrol service of police at the Ministry of Internal Affairs across the Chechen Republic. In February, 2005 he became the commander of battalion of the security guard and patrol service of police, the security guard and patrol service of police, Department of Internal Affairs across Shalinsky district of the Chechen Republic, since November, 2006 — special investigative agent on especially important issues of Department of fight against kidnaping and human trafficking (Operational search bureau № 2 on fight against organized crime, the Ministry of Internal Affairs across the Chechen Republic). M.H. Daudov repeatedly organized special operations against groups of separatists and bands in the territory of the Chechen Republic, he personally participated in tens of fighting actions. Under his leadership it was eliminated 46 especially dangerous criminals, 84 people were blocked out, it was withdrawn a large number of firearms, improvised explosive devices, electric detonators, artillery shells and mortar mines.

On 13 February 2006 he was involved in one of the significant special operations in the village Ourous-Martan, where together with the subordinates, he personally blocked in the apartment house of "emir village of Avtur" D. Abdurzakov (nickname "Scar"). As D. Abdurzakov responded to the offer "hand over" with automatic fire, M.H. Daudov broke in a household and, risking his life, killed the fighter. In September, 2006 he supervised and headed one more important special operation — liquidation of brothers Muskiyev. One of the killed brothers — I. Muskiyev, was known as "emir Khalid" and considered to be curator of armed groups of the separatists acting in the territory of Argun, Shalinsky and Kurchaloyevsky districts. In December, 2006 M.H. Daudov was appointed the deputy commander, the chief of OMON staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs across the Chechen Republic.

In April, 2007 he becomes the acting chief of the District Department of Internal Affairs (ROVD) on Shalinsky district of the Chechen Republic, since September of the same year — the Chief of the District Department of Internal Affairs on Shalinsky district. Among other special-forces raid during this period on 21 March 2007 M.H. Daudov organized liquidations of the brigade general in Gudermes, who commanded the Northeast front of ChRI - T.H. Batayev (also known as "amir Takhir", nicknames - call signs "Tiger", "Kumyk", "23"). He succeeded to neutralize T.H. Batayev as a result of the multiple-pass combination, which was successfully carried by M.H. Daudov and his subordinates, in this special operation were participated also the Dagestan policemen.

In the same 2007 he carried out one more important special operation —liquidation of "the emir of the Vedeno district", the vice-premiere of the ChRI - S.E. Elmurzayev (also known as "amir Khairul" who took the responsibility for explosion in Grozny on May 9, 2004, when died the resident of the Chechen Republic A. A. Kadyrov, the chairman State Council of the Chechen Republic H. Isaev and 4 more people, besides dozens of people were wounded). M.H. Daudov received operational information about S.E. Elmurzayev's location and organized operational actions on elimination. On 4 April 2007 the Deputy Prime Minister of ChRI was ambushed by security officers in the village of Agishbatoy (Vedeno district, the Chechen Republic), where during the started fight he died.[1]

Among a big number of successful operations performed by M.H. Daudov there were also not so successful. On 19 March 2009 in Samashkinsky street Oktyabrsky district of Grozny the employees of the Chechen police and the military personnel of special forces of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation "South" carried out a joint special operation on detention of the expected participant of bands. During a raid M.H. Daudov was wounded, three security officers were also wounded, one of whom later died in hospital, besides, the passerby was wounded too. The pursued fighter disappeared, having hijacked the car which he left on the highway of the Chechen capital, leading to Zavodsky district. The fight in Grozny became one of the links in a chain of events connected with the beginning of spring and summer activation of paramilitary groups in 2009.

On 3 August 2009 it was attempted the life of M.H. Daudov, probably connected with his professional activity. Approximately at 11:30 at departure of the car of M.H. Daudov from the village Avtura (Shalinsky district, the Chechen Republic), near repair works of the bridge across the Hul-Hulau river went off a powerful explosive device, which was put on a highway roadside. On combination of circumstances there was only the driver of M.H. Daudov in Toyota Camry. A blast wave turned the car and threw out the driver, he got severe wounds, including shrapnel ones.

During the management of the Department of Internal Affairs of Shalinsky district M.H. Daudov was ranked the colonel and gained the diploma of graduation from the Makhachkala Institute of finance and rights with a specialization in "Jurisprudence".

Political activity

According to opinion of a number of political analysts, M.H. Daudov is exclusively loyal to the Head (President) of the Chechen Republic R.A. Kadyrov and he is an active participant of the management team of the Head of the Republic. Many journalists call M.H. Daudov the second (after R.A. Kadyrov) person in the Chechen Republic. R.A. Kadyrov himself once said about his colleague: "During the military and civil services Magomed Daudov had many situations when he showed himself from exclusively positive side. There were extremely responsible moments, demanding big courage and high professionalism. Magomed Daudov always found the necessary solutions and got out of many difficult situation with dignity."

On 10 March 2010 the Parliament of the Chechen Republic unanimously approved the colonel of police - M.H. Daudov at the position of the First Deputy Chairman of the Chechen Republic on the power block (the candidate of M.H. Daudov is submitted for consideration of parliament a day earlier by R.A. Kadyrov). According to official media, at this position for a short term M.H. Daudov succeeded to organize the interaction with all law enforcement agencies, that took the work of law enforcement agencies at qualitatively new level.

Working at position of the First Deputy Chairman of the government of the Chechen Republic, he also headed different commissions for solution of certain issues in the republic. For example, in summer 2010 he headed a special interdepartmental commission on issues of Records and Registration of citizens. The commission was engaged in check observance of rules of registration and passport system in Chechnya, it included the staff of Federal Migration Service of Russia across Chechnya, district departments of police, representatives of Goskomstat of the republic, employment centers and departments of education. For several weeks of work of commission it was checked 285 939 households and 1 087 189 people, it was revealed 10 125 people who lived in the territory of the republic without observance of rules of registration in the place of residence, including 237 citizens of foreign states.

In November, 2010 he headed the operational staff on reconstruction and development of the city Argun. Within a year in the city area it was constructed about 100 cottages, a shopping center, four kindergartens, it was repaired 137 one-storey and dozens of multi-storey buildings, it was reconstructed the biggest Palace of culture, it was laid off 27 km of water supply system, 21 km of stormwater drainage system, 18 km of gas pipeline and many other. In December, 2011 Magomed Daudov headed the special commission for organization of celebration of one of the significant days, which is celebrated by Muslims — called "Ashura" (the 10th day of the Month Mukharra).

In 2011 M.H. Daudov graduated from The Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "MVD Administration Academy of Russia" with a specialization in "Jurisprudence".

Manager of the Head and the Government of the Chechen Republic

Since December, 2011 his position hereinafter is entitled "The first Assistant of the Chairman of Government of the Chechen Republic — the Manager of Administration of the Head and the Government of the Chechen Republic", and since 21 May 2012 — "The Manager of Administration of the Head and the Government of the Chechen Republic". According to official media, under the leadership of M.H. Daudov it is established cooperation with the relevant departments and branches of federal level. Since 26 April 2012 M.H. Daudov is the member of the Party "United Russia",where he was included the Presidium of the Regional political Council of the Party. In the same 2012 he headed the republican interdepartmental commission for control of observance of the land legislation that made lots of deeds, directed to elimination of violations, revealed in municipal districts and city districts of the Chechen Republic, concerning the land use. In 2014 the Property Management Department of Russian Federation on domestic policy recognized the work of Administration of the Head and the Government of the Chechen Republic to be the best among the Russian subjects.

Chairman of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic of the III and the IV convention

On 3 July 2015, after the death of the Chairman (speaker) of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic - D.B. Abdurakhmanov, the political council of the regional department of the Party "United Russia", in coordination with Presidium of the general council of the Party, presented the candidacy of M.H. Daudov to Electoral commission of the Chechen Republic for permission of powers of the Deputy of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic on released mandate. The same day, with participation of R.A. Kadyrov, took place the intersessional meeting of the highest legislature of the Chechen Republic, where the deputies put forward two candidates at the position of the Chairman of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic of the III convention— M.H. Daudov and R.A. Lechkhadzhiyev. By secret vote M.H. Daudov was elected at the position. On September 2016 elections, he was re-elected in deputies of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic of the IV convention. On 4 October 2016 at the meeting of the Supreme legislative body of the Chechen Republic by unanimous secret vote M.H. Daudov was re-elected as the Chairman of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic of the IV convention.

As parliaments often play a nominal role in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation, a number of political analysts and journalists considered this appointment as downgrade of M.H. Daudov. However at the speaker's position M.H. Daudov continues to supervise different important projects and continues to head different governmental commissions — in fact performing more expanded functions, which are beyond the usual powers inherent to the head of legislative body. Till present he holds this position and also he is the permanent member of the Council of economic and public safety.

According to official media,during the operational period of M.H. Daudov it was carried out the improvement of the legislation of the Chechen Republic in the field of state construction and local self-government, nowdays there are propriate legal conditions for further development of civil society organization. With his coming to Parliament of the Chechen Republic the deputy corps has sped up work on forming of the legislation, as a result it was enactment of more than 40 legislative actions. The key issues in activity of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic were the issues of budget and financial regulation and interbudget regulation, regional policy, improvement of regional legislations in the social sphere. It was carried out the coordinated legislative work on solution of questions directed on fixing of positive demographic tendencies and increase qualities of life of the republic population, strengthening of the family institution, effective implementation of the youth policy, support of motherhood, childhood and people of advanced age, strengthening and modernization of health care system and education.

Under the leadership of M.H. Daudov - the Parlament of the Chechen Republic adopted the laws concerning different aspects of republic activity: "Introduction of amendments to the Law of the Chechen Republic - About Elections of the Head of the Chechen Republic", "Introduction of amendments to the Law of the Chechen Republic - About Development of a Small and Medium Entrepreneurship in the Chechen Republic", "Introduction of amendments to the Law of the Chechen Republic -About Education in the Chechen Republic", "About social service of citizens in the Chechen Republic." "About development of the system of mortgage housing lending in the Chechen Republic", "About participation of citizens in protection of public order in the territory of the Chechen Republic" and others. In October, 2016 he took the extraordinary initiative — the total ban on selling of alcoholic drinks in the territory of the republic. He organized the meeting with 14 owners of the shops, who had permission to sell alcohol in the republic after which they refused from their licenses. The matter was the resonant road accident with 7 deaths and 2 wounded people. This situation happened because of the drunk driver.

Also in work of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic it is paid attention to development of inter-parliamentary communication with the highest regulatory authorities of Russian regions, foreign and neighboring countries. One of directions in activity of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic under the leadership of M.H. Daudov is specified the work with voters and their appeals: for operational solution of the problems on his initiative on a regular basis there are acceptances of the citizens almost in all areas and settlements of the republic. In addition to work in the Parliament of the Chechen Republic, M.H. Daudov is the member of the Council of legislators of the Russian Federation at the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. According to results of the media rating of the heads of legislature on territorial subjects of the Russian Federation - M.H. Daudov enters the TOP-10 leaders of 2016 and 2017.

Non-parliamentary activity

In 2016 he supervised construction of the settlement Gush-Kert (Shatoy district, the Chechen Republic), which was destroyed as a result of landslides. In a month it was built the settlement of 33 houses with all the necessary arrangements: furniture and household appliances, utilities — gas, electricity, water and new road. It was constructed a new rural mosque, named after Sheikh Akhberdil-Magom on 1500 places. In day of delivery of construction objects of Gush-Kert, M.H. Daudov was awarded a title "The Honored Builder of the Chechen Republic".

Since September, 2016 till present he directs the republican operational headquarters on decrease of accident rate and death rate on roads of the region. Thanks to effective preventive actions, performed by the UGIBDD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs across the Chechen Republic by the initiative of M.H. Daudov, in the republic it was succeeded twice reduce the dynamics of road traffic offenses. For the purpose of strengthening of work on improvement of emergency on sections of roads, where the risk of emergence of road accident was especially big, there were daily exposed 109 stationary and 90 mobile posts, more than 400 people of the staff of UGIBDD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs across the Chechen Republic, and also emergency dangerous sites were equipped with additional road technical facilities.

Socio-political views

In 2010 M.H. Daudov in the interview to well-known Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian TV reporter - P.G. Sheremet expressed his opinion, concerning observance of lawfulness in the territory of Chechnya: "All of us are citizens of Russia and we want to live in a strong and peaceful state… We stand for the law, for strong and United Russia. Now we have more order and it is more peaceful in Chechnya than in many other Russian regions".

In 2015 in different Russian media and Internet portals there were many articles about comments of M.H. Daudov concerning legalization of polygamy. M.H. Daudov stated opinion for the press with reference to the burst information scandal concerning N. Guchigov's and H. L. Goylabiyeva wedding, where he was personally. M.H. Daudov explained that if practician of polygamy takes place, so it would be a good idea to settle such cases. It would be better to do it on the basis of Sharia, but he emphasized that he does not take the initiative to legalize polygamy, but only expresses his personal opinion concerning it.

Criticism. Conflicts

According to investigations of journalists and human rights activists (for example, edition "Novaya Gazeta" and human rights organization Human Rights Watch), as the person entering an inner circle of R.A. Kadyrov, Magomed Daudov often carries out his "special instructions". He has a reputation of rather dangerous person and he is also involved in many scandal stories, connected with intimidations of inhabitants of the Chechen Republic, and R.A. Kadyrov's critics outside.

Detention of the human right activist R. Kutayev

In 2014, according to investigation of "Novaya Gazeta", unfairly detained president of "Assembly of the Caucasian people" R. Kutayev was exposed to tortures and beatings in the cellar of the building of Administration of the President of the Chechen Republic in Grozny, and then in Urus-Martana. According to R. Kutayev's testimonies, in his beating actively participated M.H. Daudov and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic A. Alaudinov. Today this information hasn't received assessment of Russian law enforcement agencies.

Pressure upon bloggers

In 2015 in "Novaya Gazeta" was placed the report on specific fight of the Chechen authorities for "true news" about republic. Journalists of the newspaper claimed that bloggers, writing about Chechnya in "incorrect" manner from the point of view of the authorities, or leaving comments, offending Chechen authorities were overpersuaded, and often illegally: they found address of useres who carelessly expressed their openion in the Internet, came to him with a video camera and made them apologize for that comments or made videos assaulting dignity. Among organizers of this pressure journalists mentioned also M.H. Daudov. Today this information hasn't not received assessment by law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation.

Threats to oppositionists, journalists and human rights activists

The considerable resonance in media was caused by insults and allegoric threats to some active figures of the Russian stand-alone opposition, journalists and right activists (A.A. Venediktov I.A. Kalyapin, K.E. Merzlikin, A.A. Navalny, L.A. Ponomaryov, M.B. Khodorkovsky, V.I. Shenderovich and I.V. Yashin), stated by M.H. Daudov in posts of 16 and 17 January 2016 in his "Instagram" account. Editor-in-chief of "Echo of Moscow" A.A. Venediktov said on this: "Magomed Daudov's statements addressing to opposition - is a serious threat and inadequate reaction to inconvenient issues of murder of Boris Nemtsov and a question to investigation and Chechen authorities", in addition A.A. Venediktov made the decision to strengthen security of radio station.

In a post of 12 October 2016 in Instagram he again stated the veiled insults in address of I.A. Kalyapin — the chairman of interregional public organization "Committee Against Torture", and in a post of 4 January 2017 addressed to G.S. Shvedov — the editor-in-chief of Internet mass-media "Caucasian knot". G.S. Shvedov submitted the application to Investigative Committee of Russia, trying to bring M.H. Daudov's publication under corpus delicti under the article 144, part 3 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("About hindrance of journalistic activity"), however, having considered the situation, the Investigative Committee of Russia didn't open a criminal case against M.H. Daudov.

Conflict with the acting chairman of Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic - T.A. Murdalov

There were many articles in press about M.H. Daudov's conflict with the acting Chairman of the Supreme Court of Chechnya T.A. Murdalov. According to some journalists, on 6 October 2016 M.H. Daudov came to the courthouse accompanied by security bodies, entered the office of the judge and began to beat him, demanding to write the resignation letter for health reasons. T.A. Murdalov refused to do it. There were no official comments about this incident, however later, on ChGTRK "Grozny" T.A. Murdalov made a rebuttal message about beating.

Prosecution of homosexuals

According to media and human rights activists, M.H. Daudov participated in prosecution of homosexuals in Chechnya and even "played the key role in cleaning of the republic from gays, which was approved by republican management". Journalists provide evidence as M.H. Daudov personally came to secret prisons in Argun and Grozny, and managed the transfer of detained gays to relatives (the procedure worked only after recognition of fault by detainees). From relatives only men were called on a meeting with M.H. Daudov where he at first told them of detainees confession, and then he lectured the relatives and only after that the detainees were released to their relatives. They became outlaw, and the "shame" which they drew upon their generation, according to ancient customs, "can be redeemed with blood". The editorial office of "Novaya Gazeta" reports that knows the surnames of killed gays. Today this information hasn't not received assessment by law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation.

Family

M.H. Daudov considers the village Geldagan - to be the patrimonial settlement, it is the place of birth of his father and the place where he grew up. In 2001 M.H. Daudov married a fellow villager Aset Movlayevna (1981) with whom he got acquainted at school. Today in Daudov's family there are 10 children: 6 boys — Umar (2006), Ramzan (2007, named after the Head of the Chechen Republic), Movldi (2009), Magomed-Yusuf (2014), Abubakar (2015, named by R.A. Nickname

In the Chechen Republic all know M.H. Daudov as "Lord". This nickname call sign was given by R.A. Kadyrov, after M.H. Daudov came to their first meeting in a black suit and white shirt, that day R.A. Kadyrov noticed "you look like an English lord" (in a number of media there is also the other version according to which the nickname "Lord" was assigned to M.H. Daudov before his acquaintance to R.A. Kadyrov). Also the family and friends call M.H. Daudov - Timur (the name Timur occurs in some media, in articles about M.H. Daudov of two-thousand years).

Magomed Daudov is fond of football. On 11 May 2011 he played for the team "Caucasus" in match against the national team "Stars of world football" within the ceremony opening of "Akhmat-arena" in Grozny. On October 7, 2015 he played for "Leader-63" in a friendly match against the national team legends of the Italian football, devoted to birthday of Russian President V.V. Putin.

Since 2004 he was the vice-president of republican football club "Terek" (since 2017 the club is called "Akhmat"), since 2011 he became its president (Ramzan Kadyrov who was the president of club in 2004 — 2011 is the honorary president of Terek). In a season 2015/16 Terek took the seventh place, the highest in its history, in Russian Football Premier League, and in season 2016/17 improved this result, having taken the fifth line following the results of the season.

Daudov said: "I have a "Gold Star" Medal of Hero of Russia, but I hesitate to put it on, I don't want a barrier between me and people". The head of the Chechen Republic R.A. Kadyrov, expressing his openion about M.H. Daudov's awards, emphasized: "Magomed Daudov is a Hero of Russia, holder of an Order of Kadyrov, twice awarded the Order of Courage. He deserved these awards by personal courage and bravery". Also M.H. Daudov was rewarded with certificates of appreciation and different letters of gratitude handed by the Russian President - V.V. Putin, President of the Chechen Republic A. A. Kadyrov and the Head of the Chechen Republic R.A. Kadyrov.

Street and school named after M. Daudov

On 13 October 2007 by order of the head of administration of the village Geldagan, Titov Street was renamed into the Street of Heroe of Russia M.H. Daudov. In March, 2008 by the Presidential decree of Chechen Republic the secondary high school No. 1 of the village Geldagan, where M.H. Daudov studied, was named in his honor. On the solemn meeting devoted to this event the Head of the Republic R.A. Kadyrov has presented his speech with words, "Magomed Daudov has made lots of good deeds for the republic and therefore he is worthy that this name was given to the best school in the area."
