Madhouse is a Brazilian band with jazz, blues and rock influences.

In 2006, Brazilian singers Lio Junior and Thiago Casarejos created MadHouse, a blend of image and sound mixing styles, aesthetics, personality and musical genres.

History

In 2009 the band became a duo. This decision allowed them to take the lead on their projects from music style, costumes, stage design and musical arrangements in their shows. During this period jazz and blues became fundamental to MadHouse.

In 2015 they went to Ibiza for the European Summer season. They worked at luxury hotels and released a demo of their first single in English that was recorded in Brazil.

“Vendetta” was the subject of the interview on Global Radio[1] and White Radio[2] the two main radio stations in Ibiza. The duo was highlighted in the cultural column of the newspaper Diário de Ibiza[3][4] where they talked about their stay on the island.
