M. V. P. Peiris
M. V. P. Peiris, OBE was a Ceylonese surgeon and politician. He was Minister of Commerce and Trade and a member of the Senate of Ceylon. He also served as Ceylon's Ambassador to Soviet Union and High Commissioner to United Kingdom.[1]
