Luiz Felipe Marques Fonteles (born 19 June 1984) is a Brazilian volleyball player, a member of Brazil men's national volleyball team in 2005–2016 and Turkish club Halkbank Ankara, 2016 Olympic Champion, a silver medalist of the 2014 World Championship, South American Champion (2005, 2013), a gold medalist of the Pan American Games 2011.
Career
Season 2012/2013 spent as a player of ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle in Poland.[1][2] He won silver medal of Polish Championship and Polish Cup 2013. Individually was the best player of PlusLiga in season 2012/2013.[3] He was awarded: MVP and Best Spiker of Polish Cup,[4] Best Server of CEV Champions League 2012/2013.[5] In season 2013/2014 was a player of Fenerbahçe Grundig.[6][7] In 2014 came back to Brazilian club - Funvic Taubaté.[8]
Lipe after Rio 2016 he retired from national team.
