Lucas Tolentino Coelho de Lima (born 27 August 1997), also known as Lucas Paquetá, is a Brazilian footballer who plays for Brazilian Série A club Flamengo as an Attacking midfielder. He is also a member of Brazil U20 team.
Career
Early career
Lucas arrived at Flamengo in 2007 at the age of 10. At the youth team he won the title of the 2016 Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior, the most important youth tournament in Brazil. Along with Léo Duarte, Felipe Vizeu and Ronaldo Lucas was promoted the club's professional team right after the achievement.[1]
Flamengo
In March 2016 Lucas got promoted to Flamengo's professional team and signed contract extension until 2020.[2] On 5 March 2016 Lucas debuted as a starter in a 3-1 win over Bangu on a 2016 Rio de Janeiro State League match.[3] On 9 March 2016 played his second match for professional team coming as a substitute in a Primeira Liga 1-1 draw against Figueirense.[4]
For the 2017 season Lucas is expected to get more playing minutes as head coach Zé Ricardo is willing to give more space for young players promoted from the team's academy.[5]

International career
On 1 April 2016 Lucas was called up for the first time to represent Brazil U20 in two friendly matches in Europe.[6] He scored his first goal in his debut in a 2-1 win against England U20. He also participated in the Brazil U23 preparation to the 2016 Summer Olympics as coach Rogério Micale called some players to complete the group training before the Olympics.[7]
