Love You to the Stars and Back is an upcoming Filipino romantic comedy film written and directed by Antoinette Jadaone. Starring Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia, the film marks their second project together following 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival entry Vince and Kath and James.[1][2]

The story conference for the film was made in April 2017 [3] with no working title yet. Production has pushed through in May and it is scheduled to be shown on August 30, 2017.[4]

Synopsis

According to director Antoinette Jadaone, the movie would be about a boy meeting a weird girl who believes in aliens.

The boy finds the girl so adorable so then he tries to ride along with the fantasies of the girl only to find out that boy also has a weird side too. Jadaone shared, “In the process, they will experience in their young age a love that millennials don’t really experience at their age.” She called this type of love ” a great love.”[5]
