Louis Frederick Kihneman (born February 17, 1952) is an American priest of the Catholic Church and will serve as bishop for the Diocese of Biloxi in 2017.
Biography
On May 26, 1977, Kihneman was ordained to the priesthood. Pope Francis appointed Kihneman Bishop for the Diocese of Biloxi on December 16, 2016.[1][2] Kihneman was to be consecrated as a bishop on February 17, 2017, but due to health reasons, his consecration has been postponed for a later date.[3] It was later announced that the installation will occur on April 28, 2017.[4]
