The group was founded in 2013 as Ariel Camacho y Los Plebes del Rancho, by Ariel Camacho and his friend César Sánchez and were originally signed to JG Entertainment. They signed with DEL Records in 2014, but then left in 2016 due to disputes with the owner. The death of Ariel Camacho caused changes to the group.
The group consists of a Twelve-string guitar, a Six-string acoustic guitar, and a Sousaphone tuba.
In 2015, Ariel Camacho died in a car accident.[1]
History
The group was founded in 2013 as Ariel Camacho y Los Plebes del Rancho by Ariel Camacho and his friend César Sánchez; they later incorporated tuba player Omar Burgos into the group and were originally signed to JG Music, company owned by Camacho's manager, Jaime Gonzalez. In 2014 they signed with DEL Records. Ariel Camacho however died in 2015 in a car accident. In order to keep Camacho's legacy alive, Jose Manuel Lopez Castro, a young talent from Angostura, Sinaloa would substitute for the deceased Camacho. In 2016 the group left DEL Records due to disputes with the owner. Omar Burgos would leave the group and stay with DEL Records. The group resigned with JG Music and incorparated Israel Meza as the new tuba player. [2]
