The Lockingotn Bamawm United Football Club is an Australian Rules Football club which competes in the HDFL.

The club, known as the Lockington Bamawm United Cats, is based in Lockington & Bamawm, Victoria and has participated in the HDFL since 2001.

The Cats have appeared in 6 grand finals, out of those 6 they have won 4.

History

Successful Years (2001 - )

Lockington Bamawm United has been a very successful club since its time began in 2001 making history in the HDFL by not only winning four flags but also won them back to back as well as being runners-up twice in its short time one just a year after the club was founded. however all clubs rein must come to an end and the club has recently been crowned wooden spooners of the 2016 season having rejuvenated the squad through & through. but this is not the last of them as the successful youth player are coming through the ranks to give the club more of a bright future. In its short time it has made a lot of history.

Because the club has only been in the league since 2001 and its a small country, rural league their aren't many big rivalries however LBU's biggest rivals are Leitchville Gunbower, North Bendigo, Heathcote & Elmore.
