Saturday Mash-Up! is an upcoming British Saturday morning children's magazine entertainment programme that will air on CBBC and BBC Two[1] from September 2017.[2] It will be presented by Jonny Nelson, Yasmin Evans and Hacker T. Dog.[3] It is CBBC's first series in this genre since TMi moved to Fridays in 2009. It is said to "continue the tradition of iconic Saturday morning programmes such as Going Live!, Saturday Superstore and Multi-Coloured Swap Shop."[2]
Format
Every week, the series will broadcast live from MediaCityUK in Salford. The show will consist of celebrity guests, gunge, games, sketches, alongside CBBC shows.[4]
According to Broadcast, CBBC's music entertainment series The Playlist will be incorporated into Saturday Mash-Up (then titled Live & Dangerous.[5]
