List of literary festivals in India
India is an ancient civilization, it has undergone huge change and served varied rulers and dynasties, and different communities, religions and culture have all found home in India. All this has given India a huge amount of literary material and it is one of the world’s largest consumers of literature; Indians reportedly read the most in a single day than anybody else in this world. This has led to an explosion of novels published and a plethora of literary festivals.
