List of cities and towns in Armenia
This is a list of cities and towns in Armenia ordered by population.
In Armenia, a city/town (Armenian: քաղաք k'aghak' ) is not defined by the size of its population. However, the cities of Yerevan, Gyumri, and Vanadzor, currently having populations of more than 80,000, were considered as "major cities of republican subordination" (Armenian: հանրապետական ենթակայության խոշոր քաղաքներ) during the Soviet period. The rest of the towns are of a population of less than 50,000.
