Leonid Mikhailovich Volkov (Russian: Леони́д Миха́йлович Во́лков; born 8 November 1980, Sverdlovsk, Sverdlovsk Oblast, USSR) is a Russian politician of the unregistered Progress Party, member of the Russian opposition, and chief of staff for Alexei Navalny's campaign for the 2018 presidential election. He is also a former deputy of the Yekaterinburg City Duma.
Volkov is a member of the central election committee of the Russian Opposition Coordination Council and was one of the leaders of Navalny's 2013 mayoral campaign for Moscow.[1][2] He was formerly a member of the political council of the People's Freedom Party.[3]
