Controversies
Lee Tae-Im and Kim Ye-Won had a fight while filming the Korean TV Show "My Tutor Friend". In Korean culture, hierarchy is very important in determining relationships, even when the difference in age is only 1 or 2 years. While they were filming in cold weather, Lee Tae-Im told Kim Ye-Won to go check the weather and Kim Ye-Won allegedly started to disrespect Lee Tae-Im, which caused the fight. Lee Tae-Im swore at Kim Ye-Won and the crew attempted to stop the fight and calm both of them.
After this incident, Lee Tae-Im withdrew from the TV episode "My Tutor Friend" and the rest of the TV shows she was in, and decided to take some time out.
After a few months, she came back with the drama series "You Will Love Me". A lot of people believed that Lee Tae-Im was the sole reason for the fight, but the media and people welcomed her with a warm heart. Also, Kim Ye-Won apologized to Lee Tae-im and told the media how she felt after the incident and about her relationship with Lee Tae-Im. [6]
