Lee Patterson is a former professional rugby league player of the 2000s. He played as a centre or wing.[2]

Patterson played for St. Helens, Chorley Lynx, Swinton, York City Knights, Rochdale Hornets and Halifax.

Somewhat confusingly, there was a professional rugby league player named Lee Paterson, playing at club level during the same period.
