Stanley Lawrence Thomas Bell (May 1873 – 7 April 1945), sometimes known as Laurie Bell or Lawrie Bell,[2][3] was a Scottish professional football centre forward and outside right.
Career
Bell began his playing career with Dumbarton before transferring to Third Lanark.[4][5][6] He is probably best remembered for his time in the Football League with Bolton Wanderers and The Wednesday.[2][7][8] He was a member of The Wednesday's 1896 FA Cup-winning team.[9][10]
