Lauren Vidler
Lauren Rebecca Stewart Vidler (born 5 March 1994, Paisley) is a Scottish and British rower. Vidler's career began after she was crowned National Schools Regatta Champion in 2008.[1] She was Scottish Junior Women's Single Sculls Champion in 2009[2] and Scottish U20 Women's Single Sculls Champion in 2010.[3] Vidler continued to row competitively for Edinburgh University,[4] Castle Semple Rowing Club [5] and Scotland,[6] competing for the national team in 2012 and 2013 before becoming injured in the 2013 Henley Regatta[7] but not before winning The Princess Grace Challenge Cup (W4X)[8]. Vidler currently rows at collegiate level in the US, and is on the roster for the 2016-2017 Scottish National Team returning after injury.
