Laura Unsworth, MBE (born 8 March 1988, Sutton Coldfield)[1][2] is a British field hockey player. She was part of the Great Britain teams that won the gold medal at the 2016 Olympics and bronze at the 2012 Summer Olympics.

She attended Coppice Primary School, Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls and University of Loughborough.

Unsworth made her international debut in 2008. She competed for Great Britain in the 2012 Summer Olympics, where the team won bronze. She has also competed for England at the Europeans winning 2 bronze, a silver and most recently a Gold in London in 2015.[3] She also competed for England at the Commonwealth Games, securing bronze and silver at the 2010 and 2014.[4]

Unsworth has played club hockey for Holcombe, Loughborough, East Grinstead and Sutton Coldfield.[5]
