La France a peur

La France a peur (France is afraid) was a famous introduction to the February 18, 1976 French television news journal.[1] Anchorman Roger Gicquel introduced his newscast by those words to warn against expeditive justice and revenge, in the context of the Patrick Henry affair.[2]
