Kuhsar Rural District (Persian: دهستان كوهسار) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Hashtrud County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 4,318, in 960 families.[2] The rural district has 16 villages.
