Kristin Gaspar is an American elected official in San Diego, California. She serves as a member of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors representing County Supervisorial District 3. She is a Republican,[1] although county supervisor positions are officially nonpartisan per California state law.
District 3 includes the cities of Encinitas, Del Mar, Escondido, and San Diego.[2]
