Kot Abdul Malik
Kot Abdul Malik is a city in Lahore District located near the M2 motorway.[1][2] Its population as of 2004 is 69,359. Kot Abdul Malik is after the name of Mr. Abdul Malik. The famous landmark is " Maloo Wali Khothi " the banglo of Maloo (Abdul Malik). Kot Abdul Malik is also famous because of its meat shops in the bazar " Abu Al Khair " a.k.a. Ghost Wala Bazar (Meat Bazar) Abu Al khair bazar was the oldest bazar of the town. Haji street, feroze street, Ch. Sultan Ali (thanedar) street, Miraj park street are located on Abu Al Khair road. Trading and Agricultural are the main professions of people of kot Abdul Malik.
