K.Kostoulas SA is a Greek waste management company operating in Greece. The company is one of the largest recycling groups in Greece, following EEAA. (Hellenic Recovery Recycling Corporation) (Ελληνική Εταιρεία Αξιοποιήσης Ανακύκλωσης) and Appliances Recycling (Ανακυκλωση Συσκευών).

History

The company was founded in 1986 by Konstantinos Kostoulas initially as a metal processing company. The company's first factory was in Fyles Street in Ano Liosia and in the late 1990s the company has six branches all over Greece. In 1989 a sister company was founded in Ano Liosia named Hellenic Recycling SA [1]. In 1992 Kostoulas bagan a new recycling project in Greece named waste management in Greece. In 1996,[2] Kostoulas was among the leaders of the Greek market [3] and became largest waste management company in Greece, giving it the right to move with valuable prospects in the future. However, due to the severe competition that was born in that period, the company was overwhelmed with the result of continuing the same work that had begun in 1992. Major projects of the company were the entrance of the recycling container in Greece, the dozens of cleaning projects and the recognition in the Greek market.
