Kodela Siva Prasad Rao is an Indian politician from the state of Andhra Pradesh. He has served as the first Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of New Andhra Pradesh from 2014. Kodela served in N. T. Rama Rao and N. Chandrababu Naidu cabinets. He also held the portfolios of Home, Health, Major Irrigation, Panchayat Raj, Rural Development and Civil Supplies.
Holds two Guinness book world records on his name.
1.For organising program with more than 1,200 students set a new Guinness record by being part of a massive hand washing relay organised in a single location completing the feat in three-and-a-half hours.
