Kirovs Lipmans
Kirovs Lipmans (born 5 November 1940, Liepāja) is a Latvian Jewish businessman and former [1] president of the national Latvian Ice Hockey Federation since 1998.[2] Since 2003, Lipmans is also chairman of the Riga OMX exchange listed pharmaceutical company Grindeks, where he also is the largest shareholder.[3]
On 12 April 2001, Lipmans was awarded the Order of the Three Stars (4th class), whilst he was chairman of the Riga OMX exchange listed company Liepājas Metalurgs.[4]
