Kiên Hải is a rural district (huyện) of Kiên Giang Province in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 20,499.[1] The district covers an area of 28 km². The district capital lies at Bai Nha.[1] The district contains both mainland territory and the archipelago of the Bà Lụa Islands.
