Khwaja Shams-ud-Din
Khwaja Shams-ud-Din (1922–1999) was the Prime Minister of Jammu and Kashmir for a brief period of time from October 12, 1963 to February 29, 1964. It was during his administration, on December 26, 1963, that the Prophet's Relic was stolen from the Hazratbal Shrine.[1] This created a crisis which ultimately led to him being replaced.
