Khesari Lal Yadav is a Bhojpuri singer, actor and model.[1] Khesari's breakthrough came from his Bhojpuri album Maal Bhetai Mela Me. In 2012, because of the movie Saajan Chale Sasural, he became a rising Bhojpuri film star. He sings his songs in his Mothertongue language Bhojpuri . He has been awarded prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award on 4th january 2017 for his contribution in bhojpuri cinema.[2]
