Khatārah (Arabic: ختاره, Kurdish: Ḧetare, translit. Hatara, حەتارە, alternatively spelled Hatarah) is an abandoned town in northern Iraq. It is located 50 kilometres (31 mi) north of Mosul.[1]

Khatarah had a mainly Yezidi population.[2]
