Kentucky Route 1214 (KY 1214) is an east-west secondary state highway in west central Kentucky. The 17.576 miles (28.286 km) state route traverses central and eastern Grayson County and far northwestern Hart County. Route description
KY 1214 begins in Leitchfield along US 62 near the Grayson County Middle School. KY 1214 goes on a southeasterly course through central and eastern portions of Grayson County, traversing the community of Grayson Springs with a brief concurrency with KY 88 that lasts for 0.11 miles (0.18 km). KY 1214 continues southeast to traverse the far eastern areas of the Nolin Lake vicinity, crossing two portions of that lake, including a main stream of the Nolin River into Hart County.[2]
The route's eastern terminus is located at a junction with KY 728 northeast of Cub Run.[3]
Despite being an east-west state route, KYTC logs list it as a north-south route.[1]
