Dr. Kenneth Lee O'Neil Baugh (born 24 February 1941 in Montego Bay) is a Jamaican politician, who is a former Opposition Leader,Foreign minister and Deputy Prime Minister of Jamaica. He serves in the Parliament of Jamaica, was a former general secretary and former chairman of the Jamaica Labour Party.[1] In addition he has also served as Minister of Health. After his party lost the 2011 general election he serves as Member of Parliament and opposition spokesman on health and quality of life.[2]
