Karnin [ˈkarnin] (German: Kernein) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Deszczno, within Gorzów County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Deszczno and 6 km (4 mi) south of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 280.
