Karl-Heinz Florenz (born 22 October 1947) is a German politician and Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from Germany. He is a member of the Christian Democratic Union of Germany, part of the European People's Party.

On 23 July 2004 he was elected Chair of the Committee on Environment, Public Health and Food Safety. But he was succeeded by Miroslav Ouzký on 1 February 2007. He is Rapporteur of Parliament's Temporary Committee on Climate Change.
