Kanaganapalle is a village in Anantapur district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It the headquarters of Kanaganapalle mandal in Dharmavaram revenue division.[2]

Demographics
As of 2011 census, Kanaganapalle had a population of 6,965. The total population constitute, 3,647 males and 3,318 females —a sex ratio of 910 females per 1000 males. 712 children are in the age group of 0–6 years, of which 371 are boys and 341 are girls —a ratio of 919 per 1000. The average literacy rate stands at 60.05% with 3,755 literates.[1]
