Kamal al-din Esfahani
Kamal al-Din Esfahani (Persian: کمال الدین اصفهانی) (c. 568 AH/1172-73 CE – c. 635 AH/1237 CE), was Persian poet from Isfahan, noted for his mastery of the panegyric.[1] From the Timurid era onwards, he has also been called Ḵallāq al-maʿāni, “creator of intricate meanings”
Life
He was born to Kamal al-Din Esfahani in Isfahan, a famous poet in 1172 CE in a well established Hanafi family of the Ṣāʿeds.
