Kalinga University is a university located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.[1][2][3] It is a premier institution of teaching and research in the country and was established in Mar 1993 under Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operations) Act 2005 (No. 13 of 2005) Act serial No. 2 and under section 2 (f) of UGC Act 1956.
