Kalinga Literary Festival (KLF, in Odia କଳିଙ୍ଗ ସାହିତ୍ୟ ମହୋତ୍ସବ) is an annual literary festival held in the Smart and Temple city of Bhubaneswar of Odisha in India. The Festival is normally held in the month of June each year at Mayfair Convention.
The festival has been founded and directed by Rashmi Ranjan Parida,[1] an award winning journalist. The KLF is organised by Odisha Diary Foundation in active collaboration with Odisha Diary news-portal and Odisha Living Legend Initiative. Prachee Naik, Prof Kamala Kanta Dash, Sitansu Mohapatra are co-founders of Kalinga Literary Festival. The logo for the festival was designed by artist and designer Prachee Naik.
History
Kalinga Literary Festival was launched in 2014 to celebrate the Classical Language Status of Odia language.[2]

The key sessions focused on topics like dialogue, development and democratic spirit in literature, a literary journey of Kalinga, governance in Odia language, youth, women, media, sports, folk and regional literature and the like.[6]
