Kaitlan Collins

Kaitlan Collins (born April 7, 1992)[1] is an American journalist who is currently a White House Correspondent for CNN.[2] Previously, Collins served as the White House Correspondent for the website The Daily Caller.[3]

She graduated from Prattville High School and attended the University of Alabama, where she originally studied chemistry and later transitioned to journalism and political science.[4] After graduating from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and political science[5] in June of 2012, Collins began working as a freelance writer and blogger. In June of 2014, she was hired by The Daily Caller as an entertainment reporter and became the website's White House Correspondent in January 2017.[6] It was announced that Collins had joined CNN as a White House Correspondent on June 15, 2017 by CNN president Jeff Zucker.[7]
