Juliet Elu is the Vice Chancellor of Gregory University in Nigeria.
Life
Elu took her first, master's degree and doctorate at Universities in Utah.[1]
Elu used to be a Professor of economics in Atlanta, Georgia.[1] She was brought to Nigeria to lead the new catholic private Gregory University in Uturu in south east Nigeria.[2]
