Joseph T. Heistand

Joseph Thomas Heistand (March 3, 1924 - October 14, 2008) was bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Arizona from 1979 to 1992. An alumnus of Virginia Theological Seminary, he was consecrated on August 28, 1976.
