José Utrera Molina
José Utrera Molina was a Spanish politician who served as assistant Secretary of Labor, Minister of Housing and Minister Secretary General of the Movement.[1]
Career
Molina was born in Malaga, and completed his studies in the University of Granada. Molina served during the regime of Franco as civil governor of several Spanish provinces.[2] During the final years of the dictatorship he was in charge of important political offices.
After the fall of the regime after the death of Franco, Molina was an controversial figure.[3] He died at high age in 2017.[4]
