Joon is an upcoming leisure airline based in France. It will target millenials.[1] It is a subsidiary of France's flag carrier, Air France, and will be based at Paris' Charles de Gaulle Airport.[2]

The airline will start its flight operations from 29 October 2017, serving short and medium-haul destinations within Europe, with initial routes expected to serve Berlin, Porto, Lisbon and Barcelona.[3] Long-haul destinations in the Americas will be added in the summer of 2018.[4] Joon will use a combination of single-aisle Airbus A321s and long-range twin-aisle Airbus A340-300s and Airbus A350-900s.[5]

Fleet

Joon will start operations with a fleet of six Airbus A321s that will be leased from Air France. Up to four Airbus A340-300s will join the fleet next year. [6]
