Jonny Gould is an English radio and TV presenter who broadcasts on Sky News on Sunrise and previously as a sports presenter at Smooth Radio and BBC Radio 2

Smooth Radio and BBC Radio 2

Jonny presented breakfast show sport for Smooth Radio between 2012 and 2014. Initially he joined to anchor the station's extended breakfast sports bulletins during the 2012 Summer Olympics, but stayed for two more years.

Group Programme Director John Simons said, "Jonny’s a great talent and I’m delighted he will be joining Simon in the studio for breakfast” [1]

After the Olympics, Smooth Radio then retained Jonny to be reunited with breakfast presenter Simon Bates to present the morning sports news, more than 15 years after they first broadcast together on Talksport.

When Jonny left Smooth Radio, he joined BBC Radio 2, deputising for Vassos Alexander as sports presenter on the Breakfast Show. His first appearance was around the Easter Holidays.

TalkSPORT and TalkRADIO

In addition to the weekday shows on Smooth Radio, Jonny presented the weekend sports show Extra Time on Talksport [2] He also presented the Sports Bar and Kickoff alongside Stan Collymore, Bobby Gould and Tony Cascarino.
